1. software Development Services
For custom software development projects (Web & App), refunds are governed by the specific terms outlined in your project contract. Generally, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, you may be entitled to a partial refund for uncompleted work, subject to deduction of costs already incurred.
2. Subscription Products
For subscription-based software products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are generally not provided, but you will retain access until the end of the cycle.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or service deficiency, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and process approved refunds within 10-14 business days.
